note to self

When a recipe says "greased loaf pan," it does not mean "spray loaf pan with Pam." It really means "slather with Crisco."

Lesson learned.  Too bad it was learned on a double batch, resulting in four broken loaves of zucchini bread.

How annoying! That happened when I made Matthew's birthday cake this year.

Sometimes Pam can be interchanged with shortening and other times, not. The problem is not being able to tell which is which.
