mini golf

We have been having beautiful weather this week - high 70's, sunny and breezy.  We are deciding to take advantage of it.

The other evening, we headed out as soon as Hubby got home from work.  First, a stop at Chick-fil-A for dinner (we heart Chick-fil-A):

After eating our fill, we headed up the road to play miniature golf.  Note to self: when playing with a 6-year-old, make sure that said 6-year-old is not standing between you and the hole, or your ball might get redirected by a size 13 shoe sandal.  Yours truly had the only hole-in-one of the evening, but I think there would have been one or two more if Hubby and I had been looking to see if our son was out of the way first.

Tricky hole:

You have to hit the ball up a slope, through that opening, and then there are more hills and valleys inside the "well" leading to three different holes.  This is how he handled it the last time we went golfing:

But this time, Daddy stepped in to help:

Hubby and I tied.  We always tie when we go golfing.  Or maybe one of us beats the other by one or two points.  Our boy didn't keep score.  That's probably a good thing.
